510 Pyro was developed by Jay DeFehr. It’s a simple developer that keeps indefinitely and can be used at many dilutions – usually 1:100 – 1:500.
| Warm triethanolomine (TEA) | 75 ml |
| Ascorbic Acid | 5 g |
| Pyro | 10g |
| Phenidone | 0.25 g |
| Triethanolomine to make | 100 ml |
I usually make 4 times this amount because it is easier to measure. I buy the pyro premeasured at 100 g, so I don’t have to worry about pyro dust.
